Jake began racing in California at the age of 7. Halfway through his racing career, he decided to learn the trade of building and tuning shocks to give himself an edge over his competition. Jake currently resides in Danville, Indiana, and races a full-time USAC National Sprint car schedule. Jake Swanson Shock Technology has become a trusted service provider to racers nationwide.

We handle it all from new builds, to dyno services and everything in between. Our primary shock manufacturer is Competition Suspension Inc. however; we are also equipped to rebuild AFCO shocks, Advanced racing Suspension products, and Penskes.
