When an item is in stock, we make every effort to ship the part out the next business day. Some orders may take 3-5 days to ship. Warranty:

Jake Swanson Shock Technology warrants that all shock maintenance services performed by our certified technicians will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of service completion.

What is Covered:

Any defects or issues arising directly from the shock maintenance service provided by Jake Swanson Shock Technology. Parts and labor associated with the repair or replacement of components that fail due to defects in workmanship or materials during the warranty period.

What is Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

• Modifications or alterations to the shock system made after the service was performed by Jake Swanson Shock Technology.

• Damage or issues caused by non-authorized repairs or services performed by third parties.

• Any pre-existing conditions or issues with the shock system not addressed during the initial maintenance service.

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact Jake Swanson Shock Technology as soon as you become aware of the issue. Provide your original service invoice and a detailed description of the problem. Allow us to inspect and evaluate the issue. If the issue falls within the scope of this warranty, we will repair or replace the affected components at no charge.

Limitations of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the components covered by this warranty. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, or loss of vehicle use.

Transferability:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who received the shock maintenance service from Jake Swanson Shock Technology.

Exclusions:

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for shock maintenance services provided by Jake Swanson Shock Technology and supersedes any other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
